Affiliate Quality Officer Sweden and Head of Quality Nordics, Sanofi - Stockholm
The position as Head of Quality NOBA / Affiliate Quality Officer is a combined role. Your two main tasks will be to perform the day-to-day quality work in Sweden, and to lead the Quality Team of the Nordic and Baltic countries. With high quality expertise and accurate leadership you will inspire and give structure to the Quality Team. As a leader and specialist you provide efficient and proactive quality services to meet business strategies and needs in NOBA. More in detail the work includes:
* Be accountable for organization, resources and processes for Quality in Nordic countries
* Plan, organize, prioritize and coordinate functions and projects across NOBA
* Identify synergies and working processes and ensure a common approach to Quality
* Facilitate Quality’s contribution in cross-function activities to ensure customer focused business on Nordic level
* Facilitate best-practice sharing to ensure compliance with local requirements as cost-effectively as possible
* Set goals / priorities and follow up performance for the team
* Be responsible for HR related activities, e.g. Talent Management, IVR etc
* Be Responsible Pharmacist in Sweden
* Be responsible for and perform day-to-day quality tasks for Sweden

Qualifications:
We expect you to have a University degree in Pharmacy or equivalent and minimum 5 years of experience from Quality management from a mother or affiliate pharmaceutical company. Preferably you have experience in working with a broad product portfolio including both pharmaceutical products, medical devices and OTC products. As a person you are self-driven and strong in cooperation transversally with deep commitment to stakeholders.Your working method is characterized by good organisation and strong project management skills. You are an accurate leader with a positive spirit. To be successful in your role you need to be strong in the act of change and be fluent in English and Swedish both written and orally.
