Application Specialist to Hamilton Robotics - Stockholm or Copenhagen
The role
The worlds best liquid handling and automation company is looking for a new application specialist to further strengthen their rapidly growing Nordic team. In this role you will provide application support including pre-sales activities in collaboration with the sales representative for the robotics systems. You will act as project manager for the after sales process including implementation, method development and education of customers. The typical customer is either in academic research or hospital laboratories. The headquarters is situated in Kista but you will mainly be working from home or at the customers. The position will require extensive travelling in the Nordic countries.
Who are you?
• You have a BSc, MSc or PhD in e.g. chemistry, cell biology, biochemistry, biology or equivalent experience
• You have a genuine interest in programming as a large part of your job will be to program the software for your customers.
• Experience of laboratory work is meritorious.
• You speak English fluently. Swedish is meritorious.
• You have high coordinating skills, a strong sense of responsibility and take on work tasks in a proactive way.
• You have a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills and are customer focused.
• You have a driving license and the ability to travel.
