Sales Manager - AtrimusRx

AtrimusRx was founded in 2016 in Stockholm with the goal of making it easier for pharmacists, healthcare professionals and veterinarians to procure and order equivalents to medicines which are on shortage and temporary backorder. In the last recent years’, the number of deregistered and shortage pharmaceuticals have increased, and the treatment gap is affecting patients. AtrimusRx’ goal is to be the most agile and service minded supplier who solves any needs that arise and support the clients throughout the year.

Today AtrimusRx is one of the most established and reliable vendors of unlicensed medicines, the company provides human and veterinary pharmaceuticals, vaccines, sera and controlled drugs through their own warehouse and direct distribution to hospitals, counties and pharmacies.

The company grows from strength to strength and as a result, a Sales Manager position has been created to lead a team of three KAMs.

You will report to the CEO and work very closely with all members of the team in Sollentuna.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Profitability (responsible for the sales budget)
  • Organic sales growth
  • Expansion of the product portfolio toward customers
  • Develop sales toward export market
  • Negotiating on purchase prices
  • Direct management and leadership of the sales team
  • Improving routines and processes in sales
  • Coaching and training of the sales team
  • Build strong relationships with internal colleagues and stakeholders – dialogue with logistics and quality to ensure we are following the correct practices.

To be considered for the position AtrimusRx seeks an experienced sales manager/team leader ideally from a pharmaceutical company or similar. The CEO looks for a person with a high level of drive, motivation and sales experience, one who is fearless and has a positive can-do attitude.
