We are welcoming a Brand Manager to join our Biocodex Swedish team. The current position is today non-existing, thus we offer an excellent opportunity for an experienced and result-driven Brand Manager to create the role and develop our future consumer and Rx-brands. As Brand Manager You will collaborate with the Marketing Team in Finland, as well as with our French headquarter and report to Swedish Country Manager.

As a Brand Manager you are responsible for developing and directing marketing efforts to a broad audience; Consumers, Pharmacies, HCP´s and KOL´s. You will drive effective marketing campaigns together with pharmacy chains. As our desired candidate you have a good understanding of consumer and market insights. You also possess an understanding of Pharmaceutical Ethical rules and have a willingness to operate in a regulated environment. In this position. You will work closely with sales and external advertising and media agencies.

Main responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing and brand strategies
  • Create brand and trade materials
  • Collaborate with pharmacy chains and key customers
  • Analyze sales and market data
  • Manage brands budget and deliver the revenue targets
  • Forecast demand and manage brand profit and loss
  • Actively manage KPIs to ensure brand success

Our ideal candidate would have the following background and experience

  • Master’s Degree (Pharmacy, Business, Marketing, Health/Nutrition related)
  • 5+ years of marketing experience with consumer Health brands/OTC
  • Strong experience with trade negotiations
  • Excellent skills in digital marketing
  • Proven track record of building strategic brands and success in managing large brand portfolios
  • Fluent in Swedish and in English both in speech and in writing
  • Entrepreneurial and creative attitude with cross functional leading skills
